Because it feels ''foreign''. Your brain is wired and trained to work with the right hand so when you use the left hand it feels unfamiliar and strange as if another person is touching you. Ofcourse it's not exactly the same but the feeling is much closer because the neural pathways arn't registered as much as being your own identified and predicted sense of touch.
