I'm unemployed right now, all I have to do is go to a (garbage, worthless) Master's degree in the evenings (that's when master's are in my country).

Not much, right? Should be easy, a man should think this is an incredibly easy life.

Well, for some reason, my anxiety when going outside is even worse than before, and it was pretty bad before.

I don't know what happened. Saturday morning I'm anxious knowing that in just 2 days I have to go out of the house again.

I really need to change my mentality. I can't survive like this, what kind of person am I? This is absolutely pathetic.
 
Well usually whats paired up with studying a certain degree is the social factor of hanging out after studies or actually having a social life. Without that you are just stuck in a mental cage with minimal repetitive copes.

Hitting the gym really helped with my social anxiety. Not sure why, but it did.
 
OP, do you think your masters degree offers any hope of ascension? I have experienced similar anxiety in "transition" periods of my life, when working on some life goal that I think will lead to a better situation. I suspect the anxiety is some function of having a shitty incel past, so you become terribly afraid of some accident or something derailing this new project that *might* make life more palatable.

I wish I can change myself within one finger snap but unfortunately it is not that easy.
 
I keep my eyes glued to the ground wherever I go outside. It helps spare yourself the grief

Just over the past week I've started going to the gym with my father, who has showed me the ropes (the lifefuel ones).

It's pretty intuitive, though. There are cardio machines and machines which work your muscles. Alternate between cardio and those muscle exercises if you're a lanklet like me, and worry about the rest later.

Focus on upper body, abs, and arms one day, and when they're sore, do the exercises which work your legs the next.

youtube and work-out apps. some come built in with videos that show you how to do the exercise.
i found that doing the exercises wasn't as hard as actually getting past the anxiety of walking in there the first day and getting accoustmed to where everything is and getting the idea out of your head that people are looking at you.

Start meditating and take magic mushrooms at least once in your life. I took magic mushrooms and it changed my personality for better i'm 10% less anxious but 90% is still 90% :feelsautistic: And meditation is a long road to achieve something.
