I train 5 days a week (monday to friday) doing the same stuff everyday:
10 mins of rope jumping
10 mins running
5 sets of pullups
3 sets of push ups
3 sets of crunches
3 sets of leg raises from the pull up bar

Each week i try to increase reps in most exercises and mins of jumping/running.
As for diet:
1st meal: 3 fried eggs + oatmeal with milk and frozen berries
2nd meal: handful of almonds, 200 grams of greek yogurt
3rd meal: baked potatoes with chicken/turkey breasts/fish
4th meal: protein shake
5th meal: 1 cup of full grain pasta with some italian salsa and 3-4 tspoons of powder cheese OR 3-4 fullgrain bread slices with some feta cheese.
6th meal: protein shake
During the rest days i lower the fat/carbs and try to stick to mostly protein.
Edit: I'm 6ft, but if you are shorter you may cut the food proportions further.
