I don't think they can pull it off this time. Too many people now know the truth about the US government and Israeli involvement in its wars thanks to the internet (which is why they're trying so hard to censor it now) and the mainstream media is no longer trusted.
If war does break out, it would be interesting to see another Syrian scenario where people all over the world travel to fight for the side they support. Expect lots of young men who are JQpilled and have nothing to live for go join the Iranian or Russian army.
Iraq and Libya used to be in that list as well.
I'm pretty sure the Chinese will help Iran in a conflict against the US, they supported Assad and probably realise that if the Americans are allowed to continue this kind of aggression, they will be a target someday as well.
