I dont really give a shit about Rachel Ziegler playing snow white. She can act and she's pretty. Jfl at the cuckservatives who pretend she's some ugly goblina. She looks way better than most of the full white alternatives ive seen bandied about.
"But snow white is supposed to be white its in the name" Who gives a fuck as long as its not some ugly sheboon. Its a fairytale for kids that became a mass market consoomer product a long time ago. Its not like it has deep cultural or historic significance. You dont see them complain about Gal Gadot being a kike. Muh its not faithful. If you dont want anything to be changed then why fucking bother making a new adaptation. Just go watch the cartoon from 1937. They're not gonna spend millions of dollars just to remake the exact same shit.
Sure, the woke angle in the story is trash. But thats not why it flopped. Most shows or games today are woke and they thrive. Look at the little mermaid for instance. The argument that she ruined it because of her political takes is also dumb. The target audience are little woke foidlets and their libfag families not some politics coper on twitter.
The reason it failed is cause snow white is not relevant. Its too old and doesnt have the same pull as more recent disney films like Little mermaid, lion king or Aladdin which the VHS era made evergreen. They could be accessed on demand, passed down and were subsequently kept going through TV shows, sequels, re-releases etc and became part of pop culture.
Kids and families dont wanna watch some dusty outdated story with serious undertones in 2025.
