TLDR; No sex leads to social isolation and eventually depression which in turn leads to poor habits that can go on to cause adverse health effects which result in an earlier death than if the sexual need had been properly met in the first place.
A person from a particular sub-reddit has asked the question, "How does lack of sex lead to death". And they have specifically asked how this is possible physiologically.
I aim to answer this question in it's entirety.
First off, A lack of sex is a slow and grueling demise. It's not as quick as being shot and it's not as soon as starving to death. Death by sexlessness is more akin to death by high cholesterol from a lifetime of eating junk food or death by alcohol related liver disease. That is to say, that certain habits that persist throughout your lifetime will cause you to die earlier than if you had healthier habits. Make sense? Regularly consuming junk food and alcohol is universally known to decrease one's lifespan.
Another example of a poor habit that can lead to an early death is sexlessness. Humans are social creatures that require various types of social interactions to maintain our mental health and motivation. This can include our school/work colleagues, friends, parents/guardians, siblings, extended family members and of course romantic sexual partners. Although a good dosage of socializing is great to have for all these kinds of relationships, a romantic sexual partner is the only relationship where a deeply embedded biological necessity can be satiated; SEX.
The original questioner has insisted that this necessity can be alleviated through masturbation. Masturbation is merely a cope and does not contain other key factors necessary for a fulfilling and proper sexual experience. During masturbation, there is no; Eye-contact, physical touch, pair-bonding or pheromones. A full sexual experience needs other sensory input besides just the stimulation of the penis. Sexual urges released solely through masturbation, while okay at first, will eventually lead to feelings of unfulfilment, inadequacy and isolation.
Sexual needs not being fully met cause emotional and psychological distress. Depression naturally ensues from prolonged abstinence and as a result, bad habits as a means of coping with said depression are developed. Coping mechanisms include drug abuse, junk food and over-consumption of media which takes time away from other useful activities such as social interaction, exercise and indulging in a hobby.
So sexlessness may not directly or immediately kill someone but it certainly can set people up for an early grave. The original questioner mentioned that suicide shouldn't count because that's someone making a decision to take their own life. But as I've already explained, the emotional and psychological damage that would lead someone to do such a thing could have been avoided if such a person had access to a healthy sex life with a partner. In fact, I would be willing to bet that the original questioner would agree with the following statement; "Bigotry towards LGBTQ people leads to death" since LGBTQ folk have some of the highest suicide rates in society due to a lack of their acceptance.
It's easy for the NT, Normies, Chads and women to not realize what they take for granted. When you have the genetic preconditions that allow you to gain access to an experience that others who lack those preconditions cannot access, you often overlook the struggles of others.
