And something you are forgetting is that, the issue is not just the wide hips. The narrow ribcage is an even bigger problem. A narrow ribcage makes the hips appear wider. Some people have either wide hips or narrow ribcage, while others have both, like this guy.
He just needs a norrower hip. Some people are naturally like that, narrow ribs with narrow hips. I'm a hipcel and have been studying this for some years, there is nothing I'm forgetting

As I said before this surgery will not work if you have narrow ribcage. There is a limit to how much you could reduce the hips in size. Look at the female skeleton. In order to make it like the male , you have to drastically reduce the pelvis, so much so that you would compromise it's integrity. If you've been studying it for years you should have known that. If I have to be honest this whole surgery thing is a pipe dream you cope with.

I don't think I am Klinefelter cause I have lots of body hair, beard and upper body muscle, but I also have wide hips. Not as bad at all, but they're there and also a thicc ass. It's over.
As I wrote in a different post, it is a cruel joke of genetics, cause I got a decent face and wide back, but wide hips and thicc ass is a massive turnoff to almost all women.

-- No frontal thinning yet (aged 30)
-- AWFUL beard growth
-- Narrow-ish shoulders
-- Very mild gyno, though can be reduced through gymcelling
-- Womanly hips
-- Tall
-- Poor muscle tone naturally, near impossible to improve it
However:
-- HIGH IQ (as you guys know from my posts)
-- Normal chest hair
-- Normal pubic hair (as far as I know... wtf even is feminine pube shape relative to male???)
-- Acceptably-sized balls
-- Proportionate legs to torso
So I guess I just have a bad case of low-T.

Only 25% of klinefelters have visible symptoms that medical professionals could identify. They know it because they had DNA from newborns and it showed that most klinefelters were never diagnosed even in first world countries where medical care is better.
There is also mosaicism klinefelters, so certain tissues could be xy, others xxy.
Doctor will prescribe if you need it. Or black market, don't know where you live so can't help with that.
