Kind of afraid of dangerous things because of intrusive thoughts

I’m actually scared of knives and firearms. Because anytime around them I have intrusive voices of ways that could Hahm me. Or Othas.

I too have similar intrusive thoughts, I take solace in that I know I will never act on them even if they are incredibly strong.

It was worse before drinking alchohol. I think micro strokes have lowered my iq enough I know longer have inner dialogue.
