Absoolutely. The marketability of any statusmaxxer in the public eye would be negatively impacted by such a situation, but these two e-celebs were somewhat more protected from its effects due to Kick and the people who run it being a bit more lenient than other platforms.
Heelmike continued to have a Stake deal and ties with the CEO of the streaming platform despite him being Zherka's sidekick and all the negative media attention they both received. Despite the clearly comedic nature of Zherka's content, which nowadays mostly involves rizzing underage JBs on Omegle, he had not been permanently banned until now, and it was only because a 'trusted worker' of Heelmike's allegedly set them up with an actual 16 year old irl.
