Serious Just had my worst hallucination yet

I don’t even know how to describe it. I could see someone running up to me in I could hear his footsteps and I could swear I felt him touch me. He disappeared when I looked directly at him (as all of my hallucinations do) .

Think it’s getting worse. Even though I’ve been sleeping MORE. If I go back to not sleeping then I’ll legitimately become schizophrenic

The worst thing is no-one can help you they just give you tired clichés. My paranoia is just getting worse and it really doesn't help that it gets validated often enough, to keep me going further into the hole.
