Years ago when i was on my first college doing a degree that i never finished, i attented therapy.

Even back then i knew it was BS, however the college had given me a free therapist because i was severely isolating and the faculty directors noticed it and for whatever reason they assigned me one (chances are normie classmates also reported me to the faculty)

I was assigned some dude and we started talking, things took a very funny turn when i started telling him my issues and how i was always bullied since kindergarten for being autistic and akward, he didn't tried to refute anything, he even agreed that looks mattered and that my complains were right, all of this wouldn't matter at the end tho, cause then he just started spewing another bluepill classic.

"Just ignore em bro" "Lower your standards" "Life is unfair but you have to accept it"

We never agreed on that, at the end all my therapy sessions ended up being just talking with him about random crap or games he tried once JFL, the only thing i remember was him accepting it was over for me at our final session when the semester ended, he said something on the lines of "You need to accept yourself and your situation" and that was it, the only reason i didn't feel scammed is because it was free and i prefered to be talking with that dude instead of my normie classmates bullying me.

This is why normies or women can't gaslight me at all, any shit they spew out i already tried.
 
Yeah I hate the "go to therapy" kneejerk shit. I've been there done that. It's not totally useless, but it's so circumstantial and the circumstances most of us are in don't apply. It's a real world problem, internalization of some pat phrases and "just accepting yourself" (whatever that means) won't make a difference. At the same time, if you think it could help. Go. Don't let the retards wallowing in misery prevent you from getting on zoloft or some shit if it will make your life better. Just don't get your hopes up.
 
Therapy is essentially just coping lessons for normies. I would only go there if I ran out of coping mechanisms but thats basically a last resort before suicide.
