I'm under 20 yet just received my blood pressure readings and they're that of an unhealthy 60+ Year old

Didn't think the isolation would catch up to me, I'm a healthy bmi, in good physical shape and eat healthily. Don't even feel the effects thankfully though

I think having a lot of muscle mass does increase your blood pressure, keyword: a lot. Your heart has to work harder to pump blood into your muscles after all.

Also some of it could be genetic, some people just have higher BP.

Stress and anger can cause high blood pressure. If you are constantly feeling depressed by your inceldom, then this may be a cause of it
