Sometimes my wrists hurt after being on the computer
 
Train youre under arms and youre grip. It will help while benching.
How much you lift. I lift 30 kg 30 kg.

I bench 160lbs for my sets.

It does not hurt when I squeeze the bar really hard but it hurts afterwards

my wrists are small and this bar was really small too - thicker bars do not hurt as much.

It's from my wrists supporting the weight

i have 6.5 tiny wrists and my wrists never hurt for shit

unless im doing some exercise like hip pushups

you need to train your grip.

It'll build strength, but in no way will you be healthier lmao.

If anything if your start taking roids your immune system will take a dive. Zyzz died the same fate, at the old old age of 21 (iirc).

1st gym session = got a wrist injury that made me unable to carry anything for 4 months. my first 4 months of gym consisted only of leg and ab workout.

After my wrist got better, I started exercising with wrist gloves. Invest in a a good pair of wrist gloves. They're life savers.

Also invest in a belt for squats and deadlifts.

I used to have small wrists but years of lifting and putting stress on bones can actually cause them to grow in width and strength.

i used to bench pain free when the bar is thicker, but this gym has shitty bars

however once I even pinched some nerve in my wrist even with the thicker bar

i am truly subhuman when it comes to benching

Just use free weights and keep at it
 
Why are you benching for one hour? If flat benching causes to much pain, take a break from it and do Dumbell benching, Dumbell incline benching and, Dumbell flies. Use the chest machine at your gym too, the one that you pull from the outside to infront of you, squeezes your chest real good.

i guess i like it more

I only do simple exercises - squat, deadlift, pull-ups, bench press + neck work hehe
 
My wrist are also 6.25 makes your muscles look bigger tho

You just gotta keep going. I started out at an insanely low 65 pounds for 8 reps and now I do more than double that. Don't give up.
 
Same, my wrists hurt for no reason. They were in extreme pain from curling 65 pound barbells and I couldn't work out properly for months.
