"Just be white" isn't literally a theory for whites being able to get laid on their whiteness alone, it is however a huge advantage in your favor (Or rather lacking a particular STRONG disadvantage). It's titled "just be white" because you're basically guaranteed to get pussy if you're white and you go to SEA. It doesn't mean that you'll get all pussy everywhere you go because you're white.
