Male elves are pretty much the chaddest chads a foid can ever dream of. They are tall, athletic, and are proficient at magic in most fantasy settings. Even the manlets of the elven race mog the human chads to oblivion when it comes to their statures. They also have a much longer lifespan, making it possible for one elf man to date prime stacies of a human settlement for centuries or even millenniums. That's a trait that makes elves absolutely slay and dominate the dating scene in a society that encourages hookup culture. 100% of the human & dwarf male population would become incels the instant their own race comes into contact with elves. Human males and dwarves would be forced to escortmax, or if they are willing to put their own life at stake, succubusmax. Betabux wouldn't even be an option; as long as there are elves who are into the "milf" and even "granny" type, a human woman would never need to settle and have dicks in her orifices when she takes her last breath.
Now that I think about it, escortcelling would become so expensive because sex for human males would become a real privilege. @PPEcel would have to burn a lot more money to get his hand on an elf stacy.

As an alternative, you can always raid human/elf villages with your subhuman buddies and fuck your victims if you have a fetish for humans or elves. In a fantasy version of incels.is, I believe there would be a strict no elf and foids policy. Mods are happy with letting in white young"cels", but when it comes to elves, there should be a zero-tolerance policy. Elfcels are all fakecels. JBEpill is real.
