Joining Spec Ops

Have any of you ever thought about joining an elite SOF unit like SF or the SEAL's? Basically, during my 1st semester of college, I got pretty depressed because of having no social life at all. I would just sit in my room all day and workout in the evenings. This led me to dropping out and thinking, "I'll just go to BUD/S in Coronado, pass selection because i have nothing to lose and then run into the hell fire of war". I convinced myself that most SEAL's were black coffee drinking and porno addicted introverted freaks (just like me). My thought process was that the military would harden me and that when I would get out and go to college again, I'd be a bearded roidcelled tattooed chad frogman. I had nothing to really lose, so at that point, if I didn't get out, it wouldn't really matter. Plus after I read "The Way of Men" by Sodomite Jack Donovan it further lit a fire under my ass to join. To make a long story short, I eventually realized after dropping out that I had made a mistake and reapplied to college.

I did some SF-ish things when I was in the military. I wasn't special forces per se, but this was before the marine corps put an effort into actually having POGs like me train specifically for special force type operations. Since I was an intelligence operator, I always got "lucky" and put with the forward units, which were always recon. They had me training with scout snipers at one point because for some reason I was always chosen as the guinea pig for new things my company wanted to do, but I didn't end up ever deploying anywhere with them.

Anyway, just like the rest of the military, there are the Chads and there are the incels. They were all just in super ridiculously good shape. The stereotypical hardasses were ususally guys with more rank and time in. I would assume the incels get the out after their first enlistment because fuck that recon life, cuz. I know that is why I didn't reinlist. It wasn't so much the deployment that sucked, it was all of the bullshit training you had to do at home. Fuck waking up at 5 in the morning to do a goddamn 6 mile run and then showing up to work doing nothing but staring at the wall until it is time for you to lay down in the grass. Fuck every second of garrisoned life. It is even worse as an incel because you can't even cope by fucking local women. You decide to use the Japanese you learned ten years ago so you could play FFIX before it was released in the US, to manage to comminucate just enough get a random gender-ambigious whore named Momo to let you pay for a blowjob. As you are taking her to your room to get the most depressing blowjob of your life, you you come across Chad, who knows no goddamn Japanese, is smooching up an impossibly big tittied milf named Reiko who knows know goddamn english at all so you know he only is about to score because of his looks. Yeah, fuck that life.

Hahaha, thank you for your service. Nah but srs, you're right about the mixture of chads and incels in SOF. I've definitely seen some operators who look like they've never gotten puss puss, one of the main CAG guys for example, forgot his name though.

I'm aware but at the end of the day, I feel like the bond you get with your brothers in war is more meaningful then any foreign affairs policy. That may seem selfish and I realize that Israel is not are ally but there are some benefits to a more hawkish foreign policy (even if it's immoral).
