I am willing to wager that 80% of Burgerland's Armed Forces do not know how to march on a parade deck because of their lack of discipline and fitness while the entirety of North Korea's poorly funded military can do so without problem.

Even when they have help they usually lose, except maybe WW2 but Germany was kinda already defeated by Russia at that point.
