So I decided to do jelqing every second day in the morning, since I wake up with a boner anyway. Those of you who have experience how long do you recommend to jelq? I plan to do 20 - 30 min or is it to long? After 4-8 weeks I plan to start clamping too if it is supposed to be more effective.

I only do about 10 minutes per day. Better to spread the time out. Also don't jelq with a full erection that shit can really ruin your dick! Do it with 50-75% erection.
