You aren't entitled to have sex with her just because she's had sex with other people before you. That's not how it works. Maybe that's why it didn't work with the past relationships, because of having sex too soon and she realized that. Romance her and make sure she is turned on. Most guys only want to satisfy themselves and leave women alone after they finish, not even making sure she's climaxed as well. Don't be selfish. Talk to her. If you truly want to be with her, then you would not be basing the relationship on sex. Stop pressuring her because repeatedly asking is pressuring her, because you definitely keep asking hoping she gives a different answer eventually and some guys think they can annoy a yes out of her. STOP IT! Just ask why she avoids sex and when she tells you stop trying to work in a way to get sex out of her. If sex is the deal breaker for you then just stay single and alone if you aren't willing to go deeper than physical desires and care about her as a person.
