Discussion I've been doing intermittent fasting for the 5 days or so because I felt like I was somehow getting fatter faster than I was gaining weight.

Yesterday, I did my first weighing since I started this; and the result was 281 lbs. It was suggested that I break my goal of getting to 200 lbs into smaller goals; and the first checkpoint is 250 lbs. If I reach that weight, my mom told me she'd give me her GoPro.
