ITT you tell me whether I should bother talking to this girl

Yesterday night at the hostel, girl is struggling to get into the room. I open the door (inb4 cuck, it's a 22 person room, she was staying there too, and I also needed to get in the room so couldn't exactly slam the door in her face). She said hi, asked me where I was from, we did some minor chitchat. 

Anyway, we're both lying in our beds (separate beds before fakecel REEEE accusations) just on our computers. We make brief eye contact across the room and she waves at me, so I wave back.

What's the next move? Situation currently is us both sat in the room. She's reading a book and I'm obviously on my computer making this post. Should I go talk to her?

- Well, I guess I could get her number, take her out, and optimistically get a makeout from it.

Negatives:

- I'm a sperg who would probably fuck it up.

- Even if she did like me we're both in a communal room, so no chance of getting laid.
