Fan itseld is useless. get a bucket with water and throw humid a towel half in and make sure its not knittered. Capillar effect will draw humidity up and the microfog from vaporatrion wil cool your room. If you have a fan place the bucket on a chair and the fan behind

Drink a lot of room temperature water.

I got my fan back and it works good, I have it on full and feel pretty cold that I need to use a comforter
