it depends who you call white, some say whites are only Scandinavian/Anglo-Saxon type of a face, some include Mediterranean people in whites, some even think arabs is whites.

I would be able to tell nine times out of ten. The only time I get a bit confused is when they undergo cosmetic surgery to change something Jewish about their appearance like the hooked nose.
