I wish I could find it, but I remember seeing a survey like 5 years ago where women were asked their ideal body type for a guy to have. The most popular answer was literally "in shape but without having to exercise to maintain it". LMFAO. That basically sums them up.
Women want a guy with a NW0 hairline, lean body, sharp jaw, tall height, clear skin etc but if they ever found out he was using minoxidil or gymceling or anything they'd be put off, as it's a sign he isn't like that genetically. That's why ascending is a cope for the most part, people will always be able to look back and see photos of how different you used to be and realise you're frauding.
The most ironic thing about all of it is that women demand this from men but their entire appearance is a lie. Fakeup, push up bras, high heels, etc. Male looks definitely vary far more, the best looking man is infinitely better looking than the worst looking man, but (no homo) women don't even come close to the best looking men in terms of aesthetic beauty. Almost all beautiful women legit just look bad or plain without makeup, it's fucking mental.
