The Jews have already eroded a large part of its charm. Algorithm and outright bans already hurt some of the stuff I like. It's still good for consoomer shit like movie and video game related content though. It's exactly what Goldberg would want you to be looking at but I like it still.
I've been using it since it was born. And the jews have already ruined it. Channels get terminated when someone cusses or say something that is not even bad, but you can find fully nude people on youtube with million of views, I saw a music video days ago that had women fully nude, showing pussy and all. It is there for years, yet people get their entire channels taken down because they said "fuck" too many times, because you have to family-friendly, but fully nude people and pussy at display is totally allowed.

I kinda miss the time were the vids were just casually uploaded by people with genuine interests.
Now its all HD amazing quality , a team of 10 people making professionally mass produced videos.
But sadly as people rely on it as income some of the passion and genuinity seems to go away, as they are pressured to appeal to normies and water down the content.

I'm not sure what stuff you're into but the vast variety of content means there are a lot of genuinely passionate creators as well. I don't really agree with what you're saying being a widespread problem because I refuse to watch such channels in the first place.
its only a matter of time tho. Small channels grow and when they start to get sponsors well good for the creator but integrity is out the window. I see youtube as becoming the next like dish tv. Where companies are learning that tv isn't sustainable because the boomers that watch that shit are dropping out of the race. You can see it when all those faggy millionaire youtube "influencers"

There are just too many low quality content creators without any passion or genuine interest in what they are doing
There were some stuff I used to watch, but as their channel became successful and they quit their job to go full time content creator. I lost interest. Sometimes because their content got worse, or sometimes because they continued to make videos after running out of ideas.
I seem to loose interest when they start to rely on the income and have to expand, and for a community to expand it has to be watered down.
The algorithm seems to supports big creators that can appeal to many, making it even harder to dig deep and find the stuff i like.

That's an issue, yeah, but I think there are always new channels popping up that you can move on to if the current ones become stale.
Dailymotion is better for more serious things, JewTube censors all the good stuff.
I don't get how Jews prevailed despite all the widespread, justified hatred towards them. They fucking won. I would honestly feel immense pride if I were a Jew.

Alright. The topics are all over the place but these are some channels I like.
It's more tolerable in you use an invidious front end to sanitize it. But underneath all the polish, it's still the same shitty Google-tube.
