Even in a wheelchair you will be shorter than other people in wheelchairs because your upper body is likely short as well. Let's not forget that you would be less than 4 feet tall while sitting in the wheelchair. And that they would probably have to raise the footrests for you so high that everyone would notice.

realistically you could easily make up for height with face at 5'10, ur just disillusioned
