I live in the United States, where some states outlaw face masks full stop, some have restrictions on when it is acceptable, and in some states it depends on the county.

Liberals probably put these laws in place because they rely on the state to defend themselves and their families, as liberals are too weak to help themselves. (An argument for anti mask laws appeals to public safety.) They also hate that damn KKK, who is known for their masks, that strives for the prosperity of white people in general.
Personally I am not sure of the legality in my area, but I have gone out wearing masks during the spring to try to protect myself from pollen exposure.
