Nothing in this post suggests that bumps in the skull are determining mental traits. Yes phrenology is psuedo science but the images are pointing out empirical information on skull shape and features. This is true and I don't care if your world view is shattered because of it. Phrenology was never proven completely wrong, only made taboo because it was perceived as racist.
Different parts of the brain have different purposes and skull shapes evolved to emphasize the parts that were most need for survival for particular races.
Certain aspects of phrenology are clearly wrong in light of modern science, but you can't throw the baby out with the bathwater.

Cross-reference this with the difference in IQ measurements among the races, and you come to an easy, but "racist", conclusion.
Also, look at how this article stops just short of saying that certain skull shapes correlate with higher IQs, how afraid it is to touch the topic at all.
