It's a complete shitshow on the receiving and doling out sides. Being a low status push over (in life or high school) who does not guard his personal boundaries (if need be with approriate violence) is not a 'good personality'. And the exploitative, sadistic, domineering (and sex-getting) bully personality should, in the ITcuck world view also not be a 'good personality'.... but reality is that the sexual selection process under the age of 25 does not really care about 'good' personality at all.
