I have had the police called on me for talking to a girl before, this may be a long one so strap in.

This was about 7 years ago, I was 22, I was competing in a state championship for one of my hobbies(copes) in a capital city about 4 hours away from my home town. I was staying in a nice hotel in the city that was surrounded by beautiful restaurants and bars, I walked past so many attractive girls and I thought that it would be a good chance to approach and ask a girl to dinner. I don’t know what I was thinking but this was pre blackpill so whatever.

I had just won the state championship for my sport so I was riding a confidence high for the first time in my life. I walked past a girl in the hotel lobby and made brief eye contact so I said Hi, the conversation went:

Me: HI

Her: hay?

Me: I’m Anon

Her: ok?

Me: yeah so I’m in town for *sporting event* are you on holiday?

Her: Just visiting friends….

Me: what are you up to tonight?

At this point I could already tell this was not going well but I just went for it.

“Have you tried any on the restraints down stairs? Maybe we could have diner together?”

She didn’t answer but the look of disgust on her face said it all. I just said “or not haha, sorry, well have a nice trip”

I walk away but I still felt good about my self for trying, it was my first cold approach. I went to the elevator and waited about 30s. I entered the lift, pressed my number, as the doors closed I could see the girl I approached talking to the hotel receptionist but I didn’t think anything of it.

About 30 mins later I went back down to have dinner alone at one of the restaurants. There were 2 police officers ,one man and one woman, talking to the receptionist, I didn’t think anything of it but as I walked past, one of the cops called out to me “hold up a minute sir” what followed was a 15min lecture and finger waging from this bitch cop about “appropriate behavior” “harassment” and threats of a public nuisance charge. There were people watching and I never felt so embarrassed and ashamed. The male cop just stood silently the entire time but this bitch took great pleasure in publicly humiliating me and just wouldn’t let it end. Afterward I just went straight back to my room and cried. I didn’t want to face the reception at check out the next day so I just packed and drove 4 hours home at midnight.

JFL IT do not live in reality but I’m glad they can get a good chuckle at this comic tho.

That sub dropped in quality so fast. The whole thing just feels like petty and mean spirited us vs them for the most part now. Some people there are alright but I've seen people on that sub telling incels to kill themselves or calling people unlovable garbage.
