Tbh, in my country you could go many years lower (and it would make no legal difference), see that as completely normal (but according to Americunts everyone here must be a child rapist) - most countries in Europe (which they always praise for social programs) have AoCs of 16 and far lower. In the Philippines you were even allowed to have sex with 12-year-olds (until a few months ago).
