I was such an innocent kid growing up. I always followed the rules, prayed to Jesus, and was intimidated when people talked about "mean" things like cussing or sexual stuff. I watch bestgore videos of people being cut alive, heads chopped off, the christchurch shooting, and I don't even flinch. Because I realized that caring about other people's well being did nothing to better mine. Whether I am sympathetic or apathetic to other people doesn't matter. Either way I'm going home alone, back to my lonely and miserable life. So why bother wasting a calorie of energy worrying about other people's lives when they wouldn't give a single shit if I died.
I went from the super religious nice kid who was scared by any type of violence/gore to an apathetic sloth who spends his time in a community that worships mass shooters like ER. It's pretty sad what inceldom and social isolation can do to you.
