I can't bear it anymore. Going weeks and months without speaking to another soul. Nobody to talk about experiences or interests with. Everything is fucking pointless when you're alone. Nothing feels real. There's no point doing anything or watching anything, because you won't have anybody to talk about it with or share it with. If you really want to just find people to talk to, go somewhere with old people. Many of them will talk your head off. They don't care about you but at least it's someone to communicate with.

Or try meetups preferably where women aren't involved. I found guys my age that wanted to talk and I'm an autistic retard that had no interest in them because it's a waste of time.

Yeah, to some degree I think I would agree. Obviously though, having a gf would get you out of social isolation as well.
