So there is a state of mind that you should always reach with the right treatments and in that state you will be satisfied with life and you will not commit suicide.
I think in other words: magic words or a treatment that will always put you in a state better than suicide.
Isn't that a kind of faith?
It's basically the same coping mechanism of an religion, but secularized in a (I don't know if really) scientific method.
"Everything will be okay"
The main belief is that there is something to be lived in this world that everyone must live (Even though there is no confirmation of this, and everything indicates that human life has no value and no meaning, it is just a cluster of billions of particles over billions of years)
This basically falls into the same idea that all lives have a purpose, that God or anything else created us for a reason (the main cope that religion generates)
I don't believe in mental health, I don't think there is a healthy state of being, or a right way to be, I don't think there is even a self.
