Easily, feminism. Most people in the middle East get married. Unless, you're unlucky to live in a more libreal shithole like Lebanon and are ugly like me.

Feminism, because Islam tried to restrict feminism, kept women in the house, didn't allow women to drive, and it gave men the sexual control because in the west women are hypergamous, but in the arab countries a woman has to put the burka on and isn't allowed to divorce or get more than one partner
If white women had their sexuality restricted, they wouldn't be hypergamous sluts, or even if they were, it would be demonized in a state where women aren't allowed to be openly sexual

Eh, not really, Most Muslim men don't marry 4 wives unlike, what people believe.
All women are sluts no matter the race. Though, some races like Asian women can be extra slutty. The thing is you need to keep women under control, that's why Arabs don't have a problem. Our women don't whore around.
