I heard this before but I think its just because israel was too far away and as such border clashes wouldn't occur. I know they and iran fought though. At the same time, Iraq and Syria were both victims of western meddling (especially iraq) but I agree the syrian civil war and isis happened intentionally to drive millions of migrants into europe to muttify it.
