Pre natal testosterone levels also matter a lot. But yes T during puberty does matter but I doubt it matters as much as you'd believe. Because you sometimes see some women with wide shoulders and at the end of the day their T levels are practically non-existant

I have very small wrists (like 6.25 inches I think in circumference) but I have very wide shoulders. Its probably my only good quality
