Is Warhammer 40K Dawn of War 1 worth it?

Never been much into RTS, I liked Command and Conquer 3 but it was very long ago. The Warhammer game is on sale on steam for like 3€ so I was wondering if I should get it or it feels very old and outdated (it's from 2004). Dawn of War 2 is also on sale for like 10€ and Dawn of War 3 I don't think it's on sale.

Honestly imo warhammer is a waste of money and only the faglords at my uni play and have these large range tournaments,,,I mean if that’s your passion then go for it

I think 1 has the best critical reception but if you don’t care about the lore and shit it’s not worth it imo

I don't know much about Warhammer but I played the Space Marine game (it was cool tbh very similar to Gears of War but more melee) and the lore even if very complex seems interesting. I'm not interested in the real game tho it's too expensive, takes a lot of physical space and has too many rules.

It was fun if you wanted to do comp stomps. It's the only DoW I ever played. The sequels deviated into other genres IMO which left me disinterested.
