The craziest?

I know I've made a thread about this before and sorry it's a "heavy" topic. I'm genuinely curious though as to whether anyone can think of a court sentence that was less logical than this.

I get that there are two potentially serious allegations as well but that's not what the sentencing was based on AFAIK.

Even the people on TCAP and stuff who were planning to actually do something get way, way less than this guy.

Maybe they were just trying to make an example of him?

Court records say the website would publish stories Arthur approved detailing child sex abuse, including rape, torture and murder of infants and toddlers
well this guy had a legit site that not just posted CP but also was involved in the murder of infants and kids.
some of the kids might even be little boys, it seems he deserved it tbh. they should put him in jail for life time

It was only fictional stories and possibly some lolicon.

i thought it was legit real life child porn and murder but if it was fictional then this whole court is bullshit. i don't even know how you could put someone in prison for making fictional stories or drawing lolis.
every man can draw lolis and jerk off to them, it's not illegal

shadman moment

That's interesting actually that the use of the word "stories" without specifying that they're fictitious leaves open the interpretation that they were accounts of things that actually happened.

I don't know if that was intentional or just an oversight when they were writing the article.

((THEY))) wanted to make an example of him to make people understand child sex is only the rich's niche and nobody else is allowed.

Oh, also... this thing about lolicon... I'm not sure where the line is drawn.

I know it's illegal here in the UK. I *think* it's illegal in the States too.

What's even stranger is yeah when you try to think how this applies or could apply to someone actually drawing the material. Does it become illegal the second you draw anything "inappropriate"?

Maybe it's like producing drugs where it's legal to own the seeds or possibly chemicals but the second you create the drug, it becomes illegal.

yeah, they know how to play with words so the average reader of the article gets a wrong idea about what's happening. typical leftist behavior

definitely intentional, you could even read things in the article about murder but the murder of who excatly? the writer wanted to play with words and manipulate the readers

i don't know how things like these are illegal, you could just draw lolicons by yourself, there's no need to buy some internet art to jerk off to.
ig you have enough talent then you can make your CP material at home which is very hard for the law enforcement to fight against

In reality I don't know what they would do if they found someone who had been drawing lolicon and never sharing it.

I reckon one or two images and they MIGHT be OK. Any more than that and I think they'd get charged with something.

Even if they didn't, the person would then be known to have an attraction to children, which I think tends to be used against them in future.

Another cuck defending globohomo.
See, this is why we can't have good things!

Agreed tbh, rich people can rape, mutilate and kill anything without consequences since the elite knows it an extremely reserved hobby.
They don't allow normtards to cull the overpopulation and foster them to keep shitting kids to keep consooming and wageslaving in their jewish system.
