I'm seeing some female profiles on dating apps claim they 'sapiosexuals'

I think what they really mean is that they not only demand attractive men, but also highly intelligent ones, or men that are more intelligent than them, which seems like a variation of hypergamy.

If such thing as sapiosexuality really existed, there would be women who fantasized and grool over people like Stephen Hawking, which of course is not the case

Has anyone encountered females saying they're sapiosexual on dating apps? What did you do or what do you think about them?
