I only go like 5-6 times a week and when I do only spend like an hour or so there. I've been going for about a year now and have barely anything to show for it. Slightly bigger arms and that's it. My deit is still shit because "healthy" food is so expensive here.

Whenever I do go I usually just get pissed off because people always stare at me and snicker and silently judge me because I'm a manlet.

Should I just cancel my subscription at this point? Basically money down the drain.

yes to become stronger and to become healthy

For me, yes. I made great strength gains since I started and have a legit passion for getting stronger. I got bigger too, but I care more about strength tbh. I even got my own set of captains of crush.

yes, being me of course

I rather go for a jog. Gym is boring

Actually a bit high for a beginner. A full body novice routine should only be taking 45-60 minutes 3 times a week. Push-pull-legs same deal but 5-6 times a week.

High body fat and bad routine are the two most likely culprits here. High body fat hides gains and bad routine leaves gains on the table. 10-15% body fat is the optimal range.

I'm not fat im pretty slim

for your health, yes

No, you are paying to do backbreaking work JFL

Do calisthenics at home. It works for high inhib and poorcels like me.

Not really. You'd be better off going ER instead.

Now that I’m on test there is.

Keep going squid-san

all you need are push ups, pull ups, squats and abs. you can buy a pull up bar and cancel your membership. or you can jog to the park, work out then job back home. big muscles are stupid af if your not chad. its better to have muscular endurance so you can outlast chad in a fight.

Gym coping is useless

There's a gym just a couple of blocks away, but I'd never go there. I'm so low-NT that the thugs usually frequenting these places (at least in my country) would chase me away or make my time there a living hell.

I do some push ups and sit ups every now and them at home (when I'm completely alone). Probably I won't even do them right and of course there's no result, but completing them makes me feel good, at least temporarily.

No, no point.

3 times a week and no more is the secret. Give your muscles time to heal for massive gains. I blew up like Arnold after 6 months. Use heavy weights for bulk and cut by doing more reps using lighter weights. Always have a spotter and use a wide belt for heavy lifting and drink plenty of protein shakes. There’s no gym for face tho.

Not really, but it's a cope like any other that's worth if you like it.

Going to the gym is retarded. Just work out at home.
