I'm really tired of being a virgin, I want a 5/10 non-prostitute's pussy asap.

At this point it's clear I'll be poor till I die.

But, is there anything I can do gym-wise that will help me get a woman ? I'm currently very weak, can't even do a pull-up. Also fat. Also have diabetes and heart problems.

but if you start at 25 you will not be able to reach your genetic potential as a lifter, so don't expect to be able to get jacked and ripped and become a pussy magnet.

If your primary goal is to lose weight, try to work endurance and HIIT in priority.

Eat a more lot, and most importantly, varied and balanced.

I used to merely eat slow sugars because it's cheap and easy to do and eat.

Now I eat vegetables, fruits, slow sugars and animal protein for every single meal, to guarantee a good influx of macro-nutrients, and in the most various forms possible so that I don't lack any more subtle nutrients in the long run.

Also, if you're really thin, don't let your body command satiety, because it has adapted to be under fed, making your stomach smaller. Try to overcome this barrier.

And train a lot in parallel so that all that stuffs you eat are used for muscle generation and nutrition, not stocked into fat.

Being a gymrat hasn't helped me get laid. At all. But it has boosted my self-esteem and confidence, and I no longer feel intimidated or pushed around by other men. When I was pudgy and weak, I was constantly being cucked by other guys on the street, in stores, whatever. Now that I'm more buff, that doesn't happen. And in fact I've made a couple buddies at the gym, which has led to a couple more social opportunities. I take some weird, fucked up pleasure when the chads tell me I look good or ask me how to do this or that. This has made my life relatively better and happier.

But it hasn't produced sex in any shape or form, so if that's the only end goal, it won't help.

Don't you worry fam, my body is just beginning to make me feel personally confident, there is no way I am stopping my work out regime now. It serves thots right to have me as a competitor for Chad, even if it is really all in their heads, they must have a big imagination. Holy crap how did you get to 100kg? That is like a dream to me. I am currently at 1,60m tall and 42kg. Both my mother and father were thin (my father died of prostate cancer 12 years ago). My mother is still alive but she is 1,55m tall and weight about 40kg, my father was 1,61m tall and maybe 50/55kg.

Genetics alone is a bitch. Life is brutally unfair.
I don't have to try to gain weight, if I don't control it I just get fatter and fatter. Just eat more.
