I think Hassan-I- Sabbah fits the bill more since he defeates Tiamat, one of the strongest villain in fate verse( Not fan of FGO) he is not afraid of death since his Inner ability enable it and experience correlates with the Sword Azrael The Angel of Death and Zabbaniyah. His Noble Phantasm, making him able to take out even the strongest being even if the chance is low. He also had infinite stamina and peak agility for a servant, so with full Mana he can take on against Goku.
