Discussion is there an actual evolutionary reason for ectomorphs

If I was living in a savage tribe I would absolutely fucking die because I need to eat every damn hour or else my body will implode into itself. How tf did ectomorphs not become extinct? thats exactly why they survived its a benefit to be lean in the wilds, you run fast and need less resource. You are also less likely to get spotted because of your frame. improve your critical thinking and do some research. although you are asking the right questions.

Not everything has to have an evolutionary reason, sometimes genetic recombination or mutations just fucks you over. There is no evolutionary reason for down syndrome and yet it still exists
