Not really no. Especially not here currently. There are however a small number of individuals, a couple past users who aren't trans in the sense that they feel trans, but try to pass as female so they can get then benefits of being a woman and switch their life difficulty to tutorial mode. It does work for some of them. So long as people believe they're female, people then treat them like a real person. But it seems to bother them that they'd even have to so something so brutal to even be seen as human. It's not something that should ever be encouraged. It doesnt solve nor address the problems that rejects face.
