No, you can eliminate your conscience pretty easily though but not having empathy is hard. I made someone I know cry the other day and couldn’t help but feel empathetic, I was able to get them to that point without hesitation though
If there’s a garanteed way, I don’t know of it. All I can say is that you’ll become much less empathetic if little to no empathy is shown towards you
