Get 2 lightweight dumbels and hold them in your arms streched to the left and right side of your body. While in this position..steadily move your neck left and right really as much as possible.

Helps define your neckmuscles..do it every day 15 20 minutes and in 1 year ull havr a good defined neck. Good luck.
