Is looksmax.org redpilled or blackpilled?

I see a lot of comments saying =, and that's true for the most part. Cold approaching is stupid. However, the majority of blackpillers say "it's over, LDAR" and that's fair enough. But what about the people at looksmax, are they redpilled or blackpilled, they don't suggest gimmicky PUA cold approach, but they also don't say "it's over". They say, do X,Y,Z, to improve your looks and maybe you can bang some girls. Which pill does this fall under.
