Ive been looksmaxxing for years and still no friends or gf or self esteem or happiness
Same. I have a very dedicated routine.
Starts at 6 am every day 7 days a week, all year.
1. Drink 1 liter water + supplements right after waking up.
2. Morning routine, 10 minute yoga + 15 minute workout I use the Chris Heria morning routine.
3. Shower + Grooming: First brush and floss teeth for 10 minutes, then take mouthwash, then wash face with cool water, then use a CeraVe facewash, then shave beard, then wash again with cool water, afterwards moisturize and anti acne creame, I tested a lot and finally got one that seemingly works decent. I also groom my eyebrows, usually just pick off small hair thats standing outside, so that the eyebrows are sharp.
4. I also go 3 times a year to the Dentist to get my teeth professionally cleaned + bleached. I had a invisalign once, but my teeth have slightly shifted since.
Thats basically it, I think sleep is good usually 8 hours, so usually should go to bed 10 pm, but I sometimes cant make it.
Overall all you can do is gymmaxx - but really just do it for your own health, it wont do to much for you, but aint bad to have a really good looking and muscular body.
Finally it is to say outward looks only get you so far as you also take action, like going to public places, having high social media presence, being active on all dating apps, approching women constantly, being in clubs etc. all things I gave up on or were to petty or too poor to do lol
