EEs are generally facially worse off than their WE counterparts, but the height advantage should make up for it. So I don't see why "JBE" would logically be true in the East.

There’s coping on both sides

Both are true to an extent since it’s exoticmaxxing in a place where you will stick out, but it also ties more so into those places being low-income so an average wage somewhere is a lot there
